Oil City, Philadelphia, and Waterford

Dennis was born and raised in Pennsylvania. Oil City was home first. He later lived in Philadelphia before settling in Waterford, the Erie County town that now anchors his local reviews.

Oil City, Philadelphia, and Waterford give Dennis three very different Pennsylvania reference points. Waterford is home now.

Corpsman and respiratory therapist

Dennis served as a Navy hospital corpsman alongside Marines. He still wears his Corpsman cap in family photographs because that service matters to him.

He later worked as a respiratory therapist. Both roles put steady hands and attention to people at the center of the job.

Calm, steady, and quietly funny

His family describes him as calm and steady, with a dry sense of humor close at hand. One photograph has him in a blue shirt and tie at dinner. Another has Denny in mirrored sunglasses, treating the hot tub like an official assignment.

The family photographs let that personality speak for itself.

Grandfather

Dennis loves his grandchildren. They appear beside him at dinner, outdoors, and on family trips. Their names stay off the public page at the family’s request.

His grandchildren give this biography its clearest thread. They are beside him in nearly every part of the family album.

The reviewer

Myers on the Map carries the same name across Dennis’s site, Google Maps profile, and Yelp profile. The owned archive keeps source links, dates, corrections, and hosted-meal disclosures together.

The biography supplies context, not a claim that every directory page is his opinion. When Dennis gives a first-hand verdict, the page says so. When a page is only a source-checked local guide, it says that too.
